Rates Concession for the Financial Year 2025-26

As announced in the 2025-2026 Budget Speech, rates concession will be given to all ratepayers to offset the rates payable for the first quarter from April to June 2025, subject to a ceiling of $500 for each rateable tenement. No payment will be required for the quarter if the quarterly rates payable do not exceed the corresponding rates concession ceiling. No rates concession will be offered for the following three quarters.

The concession does not apply to payment of Government rent.
