The fees payable for the provision of information contained in the Valuation List are as follows:

By submission of downloadable form REQ VL 05	$83 for each Year of Assessment
By using Property Information Online's "Enquiry on Rateable Value" Service Note	$9 for each Year of Assessment

2. Certified True Copy

By submission of downloadable Form REQ VL 06	$160 for each Year of Assessment
By using Property Information Online's "Enquiry on Rateable Value" Service Note	$160 for each Year of Assessment
