Indoor Air Quality of RVD Offices
In 2003, EPD launched the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification Scheme to promote and commend good IAQ management practice. Offices or public places served by mechanical ventilation and air conditioning (MVAC) systems (excluding window-type air-conditioners or split-type air-conditioners) are eligible to join the IAQ Certification Scheme.
The premises of the Rating and Valuation Department at Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon have participated in the IAQ Certification Scheme and attained the "Good" IAQ Class.
